Project Scoping & Documentation - Taking your goals and the learnings from my research as to who your users are and what their goals are, I am able to produce a full information architecture plan (wireframes and functional specification) for your website and advocate on your behalf when seeking development services for large scale websites.

Site Evaluations - Based on time and budget constraints, I can utilise various usability evaluation methods to better help gear your revamp or complete redesign of an existing website.  These will help point out what you're doing right as well as how you can improve.

Website Development - After scoping and documenting, I work with the best and brightest creative designers and wizard developers to turn out a fully, living, breathing website.

Usability Testing - After all has been said and done, and you have a fully functioning website, I highly recommend putting your finished product in front of end users to validate choices made early on in the process.

Copy Writing - Creating an intuitive shell for content is great but one must also remember to generate true web content which will help to drive your message in the most optimal manner. Generating copy for your website is just as important as the website itself. Users must be able to understand your message in the simplest way possible.
